Captain and leading goalscorer for City of Manchester Water Polo Club, Izzy Howe gave us the lowdown:
‘We’re really pleased with getting two wins at the first Super 5s weekend. We were missing players so had to be really strategic with our tactics going into both matches.
We’re now looking forwards to our matches against Otter Swimming & Water Polo Club and Liverpool ? in February which are always tough, but we’re hoping we can replicate this weekend’s success.”
All Super 5s matches from last weekend are now available to view on We Play Sport.
