U17 boys go unbeaten to book their place in the finals
The CoM U17 Boys dominated their qualifying group, securing three wins from three in impressive fashion. Their campaign opened with a determined victory over West London Penguin, followed by a strong display against Exeter, and rounded off with a confident win over Sedgefield.
Their perfect record means the boys top their group and advance to the finals in Gloucester this May. They will open the finals with what promises to be an exciting clash against Caledonia, a consistently strong contender in the national competition.
U17 girls battle hard in a competitive group
The CoM U17 Girls put in an inspiring effort against a challenging set of opponents, facing Bristol, Penguin, and Beckenham.
The highlight came in a nail biting encounter with Beckenham, where the girls fought back bravely and came within inches of claiming a draw. A last gasp penalty in the final four seconds of the match denied them the result they deserved, but the display showed the team’s grit, teamwork, and rapidly improving form.
Across all three matches, the squad demonstrated resilience and a competitive spirit that promises great things to come.
A proud moment for CoM Water Polo
Both teams have represented the club with distinction. The boys now prepare for an exciting finals, while the girls continue to build on their strong performances and teamwork.
