Eight COM members played pivotal roles in the GB U19 squad’s impressive 9th place finish at the European Championships, where the team triumphed in 7 of their 9 games. Four COM players were part of the squad – Harriet Dickens (captain), Izzy Robb, Lucy Blenkinship and Zara Christie. The final match against Germany was a thrilling contest, ending with a nail-biting 9-8 victory. The squad was expertly guided by our very own Izzy Howe, one of the youngest coaches in GB history, whose leadership and expertise were instrumental in their success. Izzy was supported by Mikey Patterson and Jade Smith as Assistant Coaches and Vicky Dickens as Team Manager.
